President & Founder
Raghu Daripalli stands at the helm of Baanyan Software Services, Inc. as its visionary founder and president. With an impressive tenure exceeding three and a half decades in the IT staffing realm, Raghu is a seasoned entrepreneur whose expertise has consistently propelled businesses to new heights. His journey began with Software Research Group, Inc. (later rebranded as SRG America), where his leadership transformed the company from a startup to an international powerhouse with nearly 1000 employees and over $100 million in annual revenue. Under his guidance, SRG America expanded its footprint across continents, establishing a significant presence in India, Canada, Jamaica, Europe, and the USA.

Before embarking on his entrepreneurial path, Raghu honed his skills at prominent institutions like Bankers Trust (now a part of Deutsche Bank) in New York City, the World Bank in Washington DC, and the Department of Treasury in Washington DC. His academic journey is equally commendable, having earned a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communication Engineering from JNTU College of Engineering in Hyderabad, India. Raghu further expanded his knowledge base with dual Master's degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, specializing in Digital Computer Technology from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

His crisis and change management skills, particularly in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and IT industries, are unparalleled, showcasing a broad spectrum of transferable skills.
