The Management Team
President & Founder
Raghu Daripalli is an accomplished, serial business entrepreneur with over 35 years of
experience in the IT staffing industry. Raghu is currently president of Baanyan Software
Services, Inc. located in Edison, NJ. He previously founded and directed Software Research
Group, Inc. (later SRG America) for almost 20 years. As the president of SRG,
Raghu developed the company from 0 employees to almost 1000 employees, with more than $100 million
in yearly revenue and locations spanning across the globe in India, Canada, Jamaica, Europe and the USA.
Before starting his own businesses, Raghu had gained experience working at Bankers Trust (now part
of Deutsche Bank), NYC, World Bank, Washington DC, and Department of Treasury in
Washington DC. Mr. Daripalli earned a BS in Electronics and Communication Engineering at
JNTU College Engineering in Hyderabad, India. He furthered his education at Indian Institute of
Technology in Madras, India, where he received his MS in Computer Science and MS in
Electrical Engineering and Digital Computer Technology.
Mr. Pundarika is an accomplished, versatile Senior Management Executive with a stellar career history of achievement driving corporate success on behalf of high-profile, global corporations.
He has over 39 years of experience including General Management, Technology Solutions Marketing, and Management, Product Development, and Strategy. Has Proven leadership in Executive Management, Business Development, Organization Structuring, and Quality Management Systems to steer the organizations towards achieving the Organization's Strategic Goals. He is an expert in crisis and change management. His particular aptitude is within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and IT sectors with a wide array of transferable skills suitable for any number of industries. He has handled positions of increasing responsibility throughout his career including heading a Public listed company in India as CEO- Global Operations
Pundarika has a proven track record leading global initiatives with P&L responsibility through concept, C-level buy-in, and execution. Specialized in defining requirements and services that delight customers, surpass the competition, and provide compelling business value. With extensive experience in building high-performance teams. He is highly adept in international, multicultural environments.
Pundarika’s passion has always been creating a culture where people enjoy what they do.
He has done an Executive Management Program from Harvard Business School in Global Strategic Management and has a Hons degree in Electronics. He is also a Certified Professional in Supply Chain Management , Six- Sigma Black Belt and Quality Management .
